FAQ's
* Can I pay using a credit card or check from my institution? Yes. This method works the same as if you were paying with a personal credit card or check.
* Can I pay using a money order? Yes. We accept international money orders, too.
* I need an invoice. Please go to http://www.iwcamembers.org/invoice.asp.
* I am a current member/subscriber, but I am not receiving my journals, or I have missed an issue. What should I do? First, make sure the information listed on your account is accurate by logging in to your account. Then, contact the journal editor directly.
* How do I change my address? Log in to your account and click Modify to change your address information.
* I forgot my password. Click on Log Into My Account and scroll down to Forgotten Password. Once you are there, enter your e-mail username and your password will be sent to you immediately.
6. I forgot my e-mail username, too. Now what? Your username is your e-mail address. If you have multiple e-mail addresses and cannot remember which one you have set as your username, send an e-mail message to Harry Denny, IWCA Treasurer, at the e-mail address above.
